- Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your package. Tracking provided by Always Sunny Boutique software system.
- Local pick-ups: your items will not be eligible for return or exchange 7 days after your order is marked ready for pick-up. You will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick-up in original form via e-mail or text. (Be sure to check your spam and junk folders)
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Which includes: pop up sales, SALE TAB, and discount codes 30% and more. No exceptions.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: swimwear, athletic wear, jewelry, intimates, bralettes, leggings, bodysuits, and hats
- Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
- Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
- Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and forward photos of any damages.
- RETURN SHIPPING COST is customer’s responsibility, unless a mistake is made by Always Sunny Boutique.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

- Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.
- Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
- Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
