Return Policy

  • Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your package. Tracking provided by Always Sunny Boutique software system. 
  • Local pick-ups: your items will not be eligible for return or exchange 7 days after your order is marked ready for pick-up. You will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick-up in original form via e-mail or text. (Be sure to check your spam and junk folders)
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Which includes: pop up sales, SALE TAB, and discount codes 30% and more. No exceptions.
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS: swimwear, athletic wear, jewelry, intimates, bralettes, leggings, bodysuits, and hats
  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 
  • Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 
  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at and forward photos of any damages. 
  •  RETURN SHIPPING COST is customer’s responsibility, unless a mistake is made by Always Sunny Boutique. 
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Please email and request the return address. 
  • Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.
  • Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 
  • Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
